Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Goods are delivered worldwide.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
We do not charge shipping costs.
Provision of digital vouchers:
No shipping costs are incurred for the provision of digital vouchers.
Digital vouchers will be made available to you in your customer account.
Provision will take place within 1 hour of the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
You will also be informed about the provision by e-mail.
Delivery times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, and for international deliveries within 8 - 10 days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
For self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
